Hello! We are back. This week in eco club, most of us are making amazing things to sell at the summer fair to raise money for Minibeast City.

The discussion was about sunflower-oil powered cars, and how good they could be. However, Miss Malone told us that if we took down the whole school and planted sunflowers, we would barely have enough oil to get Mr Croker, our headteacher, half way home. So then we thought how we could have massive fields of sunflowers, but then we thought, 'What about all the power stations in the way?'. We wouldn't be allowed to replaced all the power stations with fields of sunflowers, even if they were used for oil. So what do we get rid of instead? Maura realised that that's what they chop down rainforests for!
